State Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Mesganu Arga and H.E. Kira Smith Sindbjerg, the Danish ambassador to Ethiopia, met today to address matters of mutual concern on both bilateral and multilateral fronts.
Ambassador Mesganu commended the long-standing relationship between Ethiopia and Denmark and conveyed Ethiopia’s desire to collaborate with Denmark on shared interests, such as energy, climate change, and capacity building.
Ambassador Mesganu also welcomed the planned visit of the Foreign Minister of Denmark H.E. Lars Løkke Rasmussen to Ethiopia.
The Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is expected to talk with Ethiopian authorities about ways to promote bilateral and multilateral cooperation on matters of shared concern while he is in the country.
