H.E. Ambassador Adem Mohammed met with Mr Ali KUMBUZOGLU, the Governor of Aksaray province and Dr. Evren DİNÇER, the Mayor of the province and held a fruitful discussion.
Ambassador Adem has briefed them on the long-standing diplomatic relationship between the two countries, investment and trade opportunities of Ethiopia, the home-grown economy and the policy reform that the federal government has been undertaking.
Ambassador also invited Turkish investors in Aksaray to invest in Ethiopia and work closely to further strengthen the trade and investment relation between Ethiopia and Türkiye.
The governor and Mayor of Aksaray province have explained that there are more than 500 companies in Aksaray industrial Zone engaged in metallurgy, car assembly and machinery, textiles, solar panel and agriculture. They have also expressed their interest to deepen the existing investment and trade relation between the two countries.
Finally, both sides have agreed to jointly organized the Ethio-Turkiye trade and investment forum ahead.
